Overhead Electrification refers to the system of overhead wires-comprising conductors, insulators, fittings, and suspension structures that deliver 25 KV AC electric traction to railway locomotives.
Zetwerk provides design, fabrication, and installation of complete OHE assemblies, including:
Catenary and Contact Wires for current transmission
Brackets, Tubes, and Register Arms for structural support
Droppers and Steady Tubes for mechanical balance and positioning
Jumpers and Insulators for safety and continuity
Zetwerk also engineers and constructs supporting traction infrastructure.
Sectioning & Paralleling Posts (SP) and Sub-Sectioning & Paralleling Posts (SSP) are used to balance the load across different phases of the grid and to isolate faults, ensuring seamless train movement
