    Role & Responsibilities :
    • Managing and overseeing accounts payable, vendor payments, and monitoring period and expense provisioning.
    • Managing the monthly financial and Board reporting, annual budgets and forecasts and preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports.
    • Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks.
    • Review and analysis of cost, profits, cost centres, break even analysis, product wise profitability etc.
    • Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations.
    • Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies.
    • Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks.
    • Ensuring internal audit schedule/plans are executed on time without compromising on quality parameters.
    • Oversee the implementation and successful adoption of all ERP systems.
    • Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs.
    • Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities


    • CA with minimum of 2+ years accounting experience.
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    • Experience with creating financial statements.
    • Ability to motivate and lead teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent organization and administration skills.
    • Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking.
    • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
    • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and another accounting package.
