    Key role elements & Accountabilities:

    • Establish and execute a sales goal for the region
    • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
    • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
    • Deliver on the volume & value targets, distribution goals, productivity etc
    • Business plan on achieving & increasing sales
    • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
    • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your distributor base
    • Training & building capabilities of the field force in the region
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    • Developing sales strategies for the entire region
    • Collecting customer feedback and keeping up to date with competitive intelligence



    Graduate/MBA in any discipline from a recognized Institute.
    10-15 years in an Apparel/Textile Company in sales, should have good knowledge & experience of having worked in the states of the region, of which atleast 7 years in a managerial position
