    Category managers will have an end to end responsibility of embedding, growth and customer experience of the category they have been assigned:

    • Category Growth: Driving M-o-M growth and scaling the category while retaining existing customers and adding new customers.
    • Strategy: Identify demand hot spots across the country and build a robust pipeline for continuous business.
    • Cross Functional Capabilities: Drive ops excellence by setting up processes, systems and protocols. Lead hiring of cross-functional teams to scale the business with high customer experience.



    7 - 12 Years of Relevant Experience


    • B.E / B.Tech (10 - 12 years of relevant experience) or
    • M.E / M.Tech (8 - 10 years of relevant experience)
